How to Get Started

If you were recently seen at one of our offices, you will receive an email when your records are ready. That email will include your Clearpath login information.

1. Accessing your images is simple. Just follow these steps: Create an Account at https://patient.myclearpath.com/login

2. You will be asked to enter your first and last name, date of birth, e-mail, and time zone.

3. Once you create an account, you will get a temporary password sent to your e-mail.

4. Use the temporary password and your email address to log in.

5. Request your records.
