Welcome to the Atlantic Medical Imaging Patient Portal. The portal offers a secure, online option to book your appointments and access your exam results, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
You will have the benefit of seeing all available appointment time slots in a given timeframe, filtered by location and can book your desired appointment instantly. Once your exam is completed you will have access to your results within 24-48 hours*. Please note that results for exams completed from June 30, 2021 forward will be available in the patient portal.

If you had your imaging studies completed at CAPE RADIOLOGY (now AMI at Cooper Health) – Medical Commons or Rio Grande, please call (609) 463-2093 to request your records.
