If you need your images or reports, you can use this option to request the images/reports online. Please allow 5 business days for processing. You may also obtain immediate access to your reports performed after June 30, 2021 through the patient portal by clicking here.
NOTE:
If you had your imaging studies completed at INSPIRA HEALTH, prior to June 12, 2023, please contact INSPIRA HEALTH at (856) 641-7580 to request your records.
If you had your imaging studies completed at CAPE RADIOLOGY (now AMI at Cooper Health) – Medical Commons or Rio Grande, please call (609) 463-2093 to request your records.
