Easily view your exam results and schedule appointments at any AMI location through the secure AMI Patient Portal. Please note that each patient, including children, will need their own unique email address to create a portal account, as shared family accounts are not supported. If you do not have access to an email account, our Medical Records department will be happy to assist you.
